Dave Rudie finished Culinary School in Baltimore, Maryland, then went on to get advanced culinary training in Paris, France, and took a Food and Wine course at Beringer Vineyards in Napa, California.
Serving movie stars, presidents, and the legendary Julia Child has been a path of culinary honor for him. He began in fine dining in Baltimore. he opened and operated his own restaurant in Ohio.
Following a brief venture into food sales, Dave went back to what he loved which is cooking and became the chef at country clubs in West Virginia and Arizona.
Dave specializes in French cooking with strong Asian influences. His expertise has also been shared through a number of cooking classes he has taught over the years.
